The developed system is a server-client based application that allows multiple users to access and manage the same data. The data is stored in an external database run on a cloud. It is challenging for a hospital to handle the daily tasks without having a structured and easy way to get an overview of the workload. Therefore, the goal of this project is to build a digital management system that is user-friendly, efficient, and easy to maintain. This digital management system is not just a simple client-server system designed specifically only for the client’s needs. The system allows multiple users to interact with the data and manipulate the database. The database is stored and run on a cloud. The system has been analysed, designed, implemented and tested in a group work with people from different cultural backgrounds. The system have been designed using SCRUM and UP frameworks.
